1 Fluffllycam may be used for legitimate creative, professional, and business purposes including: content creation with consent, virtual presentations, professional video enhancement, entertainment with explicit participant consent.
You agree to use 1 Fluffllycam only for lawful purposes. You must obtain explicit consent from any individual whose likeness you use. You may not create non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes for deception or fraud, content that harasses individuals, or content that violates applicable law.
Platform access requires credits which are purchased through our payment system. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or any behavior that harms other users or the platform. Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement.
1 Fluffllycam and its content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our service, subject to the licenses granted herein.
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. 1 Fluffllycam does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
1 Fluffllycam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
