Go to your Dashboard, then click Pricing to see available plans. Purchase credits via bank transfer following the payment instructions on that page.

My stream stopped unexpectedly

This usually means your credit balance ran out or the maximum session duration was reached. Check your Dashboard for your current credit balance.

I can't sign in with Google

Ensure you are using the same Google account you registered with. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If the issue persists, contact support via WhatsApp.

I found a security issue

Please report security vulnerabilities via our WhatsApp channel or email immediately. We take all reports seriously and respond promptly.

How do I request data deletion?
