Report Abuse

We take violations of our policies extremely seriously. All reports are investigated by our moderation team within 24 hours. Confirmed violations result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement.

Emergency Notice

If you believe a crime is being committed or someone is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement immediately. Do not wait for our response.

Types of Violations We Investigate

Non-consensual content creation
Identity fraud or impersonation
Creation of deceptive media
Harassment or bullying
Illegal content (CSAM, etc.)
Circumventing safety controls
Account sharing or credential misuse
Commercial fraud or scams

How to Submit a Report

Contact us via WhatsApp — Use the support button (bottom right of every page) and provide: your account ID, the violator's account information, a description of the violation, and any evidence you have collected.

Via your account dashboard — Signed-in users can send a report through the in-dashboard messaging system. Include "ABUSE REPORT" in your message subject.

Emergency escalation — For CSAM, imminent harm, or ongoing criminal activity, include "URGENT" in your message. These are reviewed immediately and escalated to appropriate authorities.

What Happens After You Report

Acknowledgment

You receive confirmation that your report has been received, typically within 1 hour during business hours.

Investigation

Our moderation team reviews the report, gathers evidence, and assesses the violation within 24 hours.

Action

Confirmed violations result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or referral to law enforcement.
